 1. Oily hair means high intake of fat rich food

 If you wash your hair as per rules.  Even then they always get oily, so it means that you are eating too much oily food.  Therefore, you need to have a balanced diet that is rich in nutrients like iron, vitamin B, and vitamin D.  In addition, regular intake of green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits can be helpful for healthy hair.  Also, exercise regularly, sleep well and drink plenty of water.

 2. Premature graying hair means stress
